Regulate & Create

Make space for creativity, ritual, and reconnection.

When you feel grounded, resourced, and present, life becomes clearer. Through breath, ritual, movement, and slowness, you can reconnect with yourself, calm your nervous system, and make space to live with more intention.

Minhwa Art

Talisman of Creativity and Healing

My art is deeply influenced by Korean folk traditions, especially Minhwa - symbolic, mystical folk painting that speaks to protection, abundance, healing, and everyday life. Through my work, I reinterpret these traditions in a personal and intuitive way.

Each piece is created as a kind of talisman: something to live with, reflect with, and return to. My hope is that the work brings beauty, meaning, and a sense of connection into your space.

Yoga With Chrissy

Movement, Breath and Ritual

Yoga has been part of my life for more than 25 years. What began as a physical practice became a way of returning to myself again and again. My teaching draws on traditional yogic philosophy, modern mindfulness, and an understanding of how the nervous system shapes how we move through the world.

I teach yoga as a practice of presence - one that supports clarity, steadiness, and a deeper connection to life. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to it, I offer a space to slow down, listen inward, and move with intention.

Journal

The Way of the Creative is both my blog and the book I’m currently writing. It’s a space where I explore creativity, yoga, ritual, Buddhism, healing, and the science of how we find more calm, flow, and meaning in daily life.

This project grew out of my own journey through burnout, motherhood, art-making, and the search for a more intentional life. I write for people who want to create more honestly, live more slowly, and reconnect with their inner rhythm.
