45 minutes Traditional yogic breath, meditation, and nervous system reset. Perfect for beginners and people looking to destress and sleep better
Yoga
12.30 - 1.30
1 hour Yoga flow, traditional poses and restorative yoga. With a little yoga philosophy, yogic breath or meditation.
all levels are welcome. offering modifications for new yogis and intensifications for seasoned yogis.
