Experience traditional yogic breathing and meditation to help rest your nervous system . Perfect for beginners and people looking to create more energy in their body and help calm their mind.
45 minutes.

Yoga 12.30 pm - 1.30 pm

Energise your body with this yoga flow session using traditional poses and a little yoga philosophy, yogic breathing and meditation.

All levels are welcome. Modifications are offered for new yogis and intensifications for seasoned yogis.
1 hour.
